They had my truck for almost 3 months waiting on parts?? I finally get it back after paying $3400 minus my cadillac converter. They failed to tell me mine was stolen and now they are trying to convince me they replaced it! BEWARE to ALL FEMALES, They think we're stupid!

I am really sorry you feel this way Crystal. You brought your truck to my shop on July 21, 2022. It would not start and the transmission only had reverse. Your F150 needed a starter & the transmission needed rebuilt. You gave us authorization to repair your vehicle at 12:35 on August 9, 2022. At that time we were booked up for 5 weeks. It is true that while your truck was on my lot that someone cut a hole in my fence and cut your catalytic converters off of your truck. Even though we have a 10 ft. fence around our back parking lot and cameras on every corner of our building, it still did not stop the bad guys from breaking into our parking lot. When we started repairing your vehicle, I ordered all 3 catalytic converters and all 4 oxygen sensors. We replaced your starter, rebuilt your transmission, replaced all 3 catalytic converters, and all 4 oxygen sensors. Although my insurance told me that I was not responsible for the catalytic converter repairs, I took care of it because I felt bad that it happened on my lot. I explained all of this to your sister, as she was the one picking up your vehicle on Oct. 31, 2022. On Nov. 1, 2022 you called and complained to my secretary that we did not replace your catalytic converters, that we had in fact put a straight pipe on your vehicle, you were also mad that nobody told you what had happened. I was so concentrated on getting the repairs done, that I figured I would explain everything when you came to pick up your vehicle. I am sorry that your sister was the one that was in my office that day and not you. Susie told you to come down and that I would raise your truck up on a hoist and show you the new catalytic converters and the new oxygen sensors that were installed, but have yet to come down. I guess I'm not really sure what your complaint is? Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further.
