    f I could give these people 0 stars I would. I called and received a letter about a debt that didn't belong to me. Not only was the person that answered the phone rude but the manager that I asked to speak to was rude. When I asked how to dispute the debt the person still didn't give me a solid answer. This company needs to be shut down and they got the right one. I will be going to the ends of the earth to get this company shut down because they are using illegal practices to collect debt and again this wasn't my debt. Don't worry about calling them because they work together to not show and exhibit professionalism. This company needs to be shut down. Furthermore they are attempting to act as family court to tell me I'm responsible for a debt because it was something that deals with my daughter. I asked simple questions and immediately this ************* got rude and snippy with me and her manager was equally rude. I will be filing every complaint that is possible.
