  I was looking for a bill acceptor and needed it quickly!! I attempted to place my order through the website, however there wasnt an option for overnight shippingthats what prompted my call to Drops Vending. To say the very least, I should have just called in the first place because it is at that moment, that you know you are dealing with people who are truly concerned about your needs!! Although ************** was obviously busy at the moment I called, he took the time to listen to my needs. I didnt even know this company existed (until a generic ****** search allowed me to potentially do business with them). Lets just put it this way I, in no way, could have even begun to ask for better service!!!! These guys rock and they truly care about your needs!! It should be noted, that they have now become my go to for my vending machine needs!! Hats off to you guys, yall truly deserve the recognition!! You simply cant ask for better service as to what I received and the follow ***** My order was delivered as promised and in pristine condition!!   ******* company is great to work with. We bought a small bill validator when we could not find it anywhere else. He was the only company to call and personally let us know everyone is on back order. He gave us an ETA that the other company was unable to meet, but he reset expectations and kept us in the loop the entire time. We will definitely be buying from drops vending again.

  I recently purchased 3 refurbished ***** ***** machines from *****. Now this next paragraph is not a dig on the company at all, as this was not their fault. I am writing this to emphasize the dedication to customer satisfaction.One of the machines ended up being damaged upon arrival. The top of the front sign was smashed in a bit. Now again, this was not Drops fault, rather the common carrier that shipped it.That said, ***** did not waste a second in letting any of that fly. He sent me out a brand new front along with a button membrane that was causing issues.He completely stands behind his 90 day parts warranty and will make sure whatever you purchase from him is quality and in working order.I will be doing more Business with Drops Vending in the future!
