    I approached Affordable Concrete & Construction By Fleming about finishing a last minute concrete pour for a commercial construction project we had in the area. He went to the job site to review the concrete pour with my *******. He said he would take on the project. During this time, we communicated about the concrete pour details, ***, payment, etc. Affordable Concrete and I communicated many times in the week via phone and text since he does not have or does not use email. He even had me discuss the *** with his insurance company on his behalf. There was rain one day leading up to the pour and we both agreed to push the concrete pour out one day. When we were less than 24 hours out from the concrete pour, he texted me that he was not going to do the concrete pour for us the next day. "I am not going to do the pour tomorrow can't get my stuff done today sorry." When pressed why he was canceling at the last minute, he said it was because of schedule and getting denied on insurance. Beware of hiring him on any projects. He was extremely unprofessional leading up to the pour and then at the last minute canceled with less than 24 hours notice. We had to have some of our crew travel from **** to ******** last minute so we could complete the concrete pour. BEWARE. Should be 0 star rating.
