    I am very disappointed to be writing such a poor review today for this company. I have used their services in the past, and was always treated with respect. Today will be the last day I return to the McHenry location for MinuteMan. On Friday, January 27th, I emailed the company to have 250 flyers printed and ready to go by today (Monday, January 30th). The response time was fast and I was quoted at the price of $175.00. Initially, I thought this was odd because they advertise .39c digital color copies, but I remembered that my orders in the past were a bit more expensive because they would use thicker/better quality paper. I approved the quote, and as they promised, it was ready for pick-up on Monday morning. My boss noticed that the paper was a 20lb weight instead of the 60lb weight they quoted me for. He called the company and spoke with *********************** who agreed that the paper should not be see through. She told him that she would reprint on the correct paper and it would be ready for pick-up today. I drove back to the building and was met with a very disrespectful attitude from *********************** when I noticed the quality of the reprinted flyers were still subpar. Again, I have done business with them in the past and this was never my experience. *** was very condescending and aggressive. When I asked questions about the quality of the order and the very high price, he offered no solutions or explanations. Just a finger in my face with the bad attitude to match. I never asked for a refund, I never raised my voice, I just wanted answers. ***, this may be why your business is running slower now. Maybe you should consider retirement if a simple complaint will cause that level of animosity.
