    I went into this dealership on 04/10/2024 with the intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person who assisted me requested that I send $1000 to his personal account for the down payment. I traded in my truck, so I was confused on why I needed to put down any money because the trade was more than enough for a down payment. When I received my bill of sale, I did not see the $1000 reflected on the "money paid" section. When I informed the finance manager, and came back to the dealership with proof, I was cut a check for $1000. A few days later, the general manager called me, and tried to coerce me into saying "I gifted" the sales person $1000. I told the general manager several times that I did not "gift" the sales person anything, it was for a down payment. Not even a week later, I received an email from ********************* stating that my policy will be canceled May 20th. The same sales person who "helped" me, initiated the insurance. However, verbatim from the email, "The policy appears to have been purchased by an unauthorized agent/broker improperly using Progressive's direct distribution channel!" I feel very much taken advantage of, manipulated, and this whole experience has been a nightmare. I am still dealing with the impact of the fraud that was committed against me, and I been trying to move on from it. This dealership is untrustworthy, and I hope no other woman was targeted like I was. *****************
