      Avoid this place at all costs. Both years I have been here the pool has been down more than half of the summer. My air conditioning has been out 6 total times and when I offered to buy my own window unit to avoid this from being a back and forth so often the manager got extremely smart with me and instantly told me I'll be in evictions if I try something like taking that out of my rent. I'm just trying to cool my family I have a 6 year old that lives in here. The woman then refused to give her name and any information about her peers or supervisor when asked. She knew her behavior and answers were irrational. She is impulsive and over worked. I have since found out her name is ****** and will be filing complaints on every platform that exists while I still continue to wait for at least a window unit to be put in for the sixth time since moving here. Please get this person some customer service training, it was unbelievable the way she responded to my calm and straight to the point request.
