  On 1/25/25, I scheduled a tow for my vehicle due to the brakes on my vehicle going out. E&R Towing did send a driver to meet me at the location I had requested to pick up my vehicle up. The driver loaded my vehicle onto the bed of his tow truck. The bed of the tow truck was almost completely up/horizontal to the pavement. While the bed of the truck was in the air, the driver's chain, that was hooked to my car, snapped. My car rolled off the bed of the truck, the front two wheels hit the ground, making the car stand almost upright on the front two tires and nose of the vehicle and then the back of my vehicle slammed to the ground. If the curb in the parking lot had not been there, my vehicle would have gone out into traffic. My grandparents were still sitting in their vehicle in the parking lot, facing North towards the tow truck. So, they did see everything that transpired. The driver did call the incident into his dispatch office. Then my car was towed to my home. I did inform ******** in dispatch of the incident but still had to pay for the tow. The next business day, I called and talked to the claims manager, **** ***********. He said that he was not made aware that this incident had taken place over the weekend. My 2004 Chevrolet Caviler has been damaged as a result of this incident. I filed a police report, took pictures and had submitted this information along with my statement and all the details the tow company requested to be sent to their claims department at and included the claims manager on the submission. I have tried to reach out and get an update on this claim several times, but now I am getting no responses.

  This e&r towing towed my van from police station which had 2 motor bikes in it when they arrive at duty rd pound they were missing I've been going back and forth with e&r towing to no prevail they refuse to address this issue.CPD STATES ON RECORD THE BIKES WERE IN VAN WHEN E&,R TOWING PICKED UP ** VAN.**** ********

  This company illegally towed my vehicle from a friend's house even though the parking permit was clearly visible and was hanging from my rear view mirror. The driver had a blowout on his tow truck and we saw him abd my vehicle on the side of the road. When we showed him the permit and asked him to unhook my vehicle he refused to because he didn't **** our tone. I promptly called the police bc he'd basically stolen my truck, they were useless, citing this is a civil matter asking my friends to provide proof that the permit was valid and that they were paying for the xtra spot. Once that was provided we were told that didn't prove anything and that they couldn't force the driver to release my vehicle. I'll be filing a formal complaint against both officers **** and ******* of the *********************** as well. They suggested he tow the truck, I pay the money and then work with the complex mgt company tomorrow to get my money back. The driver had previously spoke with his "boss" / dispatch and according to him they'd spoken w the mgt company who confirmed the permit was valid and my car was released. I drive a 4-wheel drive which wobbled the entire way home, I'm sure my vehicle was damaged given it was not in a flatbed. I'll be calling the owner tomorrow and suing if I don't get an immediate resolution and compensation for the damage.

  E&R towing is a ****. They are money hungry and scam underprivileged and minorities each and every day. They will lie and say somebody called and asked your vehicle to be removed from the property but it is a lie. They will use the wrong equipment to tow your vehicle with and end up causing damage and can't prove that they didn't cause the damage with pics because they do illegal towing.

  They took my car from my apartment, and they made a report that my car did not have my tag, and in the report it is not the correct address where I live, they made a false report careful other with this theaf

  Worst towing company every I was at my apartments parked in the visitor all night I left at 5am to get something for my child wasnt gone more then 30 minutes and my car was gone they had to be watching and waiting then after that it took them until 2pm to tell me why they towed and and told me I had to pay to get it out $250 then when I told them I needed my car asap and that I was on the way they told me someone will be there I went there nobody was there I called back they told me they didnt know what I was talking about that they dont remember talking to me and will send one of the men towing to fine release my car I sat there for 30 minutes more and it wasnt even a worker like that said it was a man in a regular car I was told it was gonna take so long because they was finishing a job this is the most ridiculous this Ive had to deal with in my own apartments also there no postings on my building saying if you dont have a sticker you will be towed ! No where on the inside or outside of my building I have the videos to prove it this is the worst and most unprofessional company -10/10 will never recommend

  This company and staff are the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give -10 stars. My work van was illegally towed in September from a private lot. The driver was advised that he was not to remove the van as it was still on private property and the owner was present with the key. The driver did not listen and towed the car anyway. It literally took hours to get my van back. Calling was useless as the staff was positively clueless, unprofessional and unresponsive. The manager "*****" never returned a single call or answered when I called over the next two days. One person, I believe her name was *****, was professional the entire time. One manager whose name I've forgotten but I believe he managed the drivers was absolutely ridiculous and all but called me a liar - rather than talking to his driver. I had to dispute the situation with the state of ******** and while I am getting a full refund and the tow driver was fired for whatever reason, I will never get my time back and the inconvenience of an illegal tow was not repaid. This company should have been heavily fined to discourage illegal practices. And judging from the multiple bad reviews on BBB, ****** and Yelp, they just should not be in business.
