  Absolute scam! Get quote in writing. Let me repeat, if you use this service, which I strongly recommend against, make them put their final price in writing, at least via email or text. They quoted me $225 final price. I gave them pick up and drop off address. I verified it was the final price with no hidden costs. I called back again to verify the final price. When it came time to drop off the car, they demanded $548!!! Or $500 if paid in cash. This company will play the game when you call them back to ask them to honor the agreed upon price. They will say that they don't know who quoted you the price. They will transfer you around. Hang up on you. Finally they told me the driver will just impound the car if I don't pay full price and it's a civil matter so nothing the police could do about it. I called the police regardless. When the police arrived the driver let my car go for $350 rather than the $548 credit/$500 cash. I will be contacting the Attorney General, the BBB and their local police department. If this is an ongoing scam, it is not only a civil matter, its an intentional criminal act.

  I needed tow as i was stranded because my ignition locked up and couldn't move my car. Called this company for help because they were the first company that came on on ****** touting good prices. For a twelve mile trip from where I was stranded to the mechanic, they ended up charging me 503 dollars. I am livid, even trying to reach out to the company to look for a resolution I received no answers from the multiple business lines they have set up and then harassing texts from a 312 number that does not conencide with the business at all. Looking back on it I wish I had never used this company.

  What a joke. Bunch of liers.. when I called for an estimate, I was told it will coast a $100.00. At the time of drop off I received an invoice in the amount of $587.00. I record my phone conversations so I played it to him. He just said "I am just a driver and you better pay your bill". What a scam.

  No star should be given this place needs to be closed They stalk private property all times of the day when they are only suppose to come overnight. One of the driver threatened to steal one of the tenants cars. This is outrageous. Today is 8/09/2024 and they were roaming as early as 11am neglecting to even look at the stickers in the vehicle.

  To anyone reading these reviews please take them seriously these people will rep you off they prey on people in the time of need they will quote and promise you the price for a job and double it so I got a quote for a tow right after i57 was told the tow was 30min away and I ask what the price I gave **** which I think hes the owner not to sure I give him the address with was less to 10miles down the street he said no more then $400 the tow truck arrive 4 1/2 to 5 hours I again ask the tow truck driver the price he said I should call his dispatcher I did and he confirmed the price of about 400 agreeing with the *************** get to the drop location and they send the invoice in a text message for $800 with a link to pay or they will not drop the vehicle leaving you with no option if you reading this PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ps will be reporting them the bbb Monday morning

  I was charged $585.00 for towing a vehicle out of a ditch. That was highway robbery. My family member that tows cars said I should have paid $125 to 150 at the most.

  These people are SCAMMERS!!!We had a truck break down 60 miles from our yard (bobtail) and we needed towing service to drive the truck back to the yard. We called and we were given a quote of $600/$800 *** which was very reasonable since there wasn't a lot of mileage and not a lot of work except to hook up the truck. The job was done in a couple of hours and they told us that we needed to pay $1900!!!We spoke with the lady in charge of collecting the payment and she said that we need to pay that amount or they repossess the truck. We asked her if we can speak with the owner of the company and he started telling us how we don't know how this business worked. After a long conversation with him and trying to find a common sense of the situation, he lowered the balance to $1500. Even their driver told us that sometimes they give lower quotes to attract more customers.Avoid this business by all means!

  **** is a low life , who gives you a price , once the job is complete , then he gives hidden charges . We have recordings of him quoting job and then dramatic changes at conclusion. I encourage everyone to stay away from him , his company is ripping off customers right and left .

  They quoted us $300, then after delivery they invoiced me for $1500. Outrageously expensive for a fully functional vehicle weighing only ****lbs. Another company quoted me $450 for the return trip and stuck to their quote. Avoid at all costs!
