    Even 1 star is a stretch. When the city shows up and makes them take down the siding, they just installed....there's your sign. Who knew your supposed to tape the insulation seams prior to putting up the siding? They knew but told me "the boss" didn't order any tape for us" but yet they put it up anyway ! The "boss" they were referring to is ******************* from Envision Exteriors, who WW of Rockford told me is one of their employees. I specifically asked on day 1 if they subcontract out and I was told "NO" The job issues escalated from there and ************ was no longer welcome on my property and told me he wished I never hired them. Again, all under the supervision of WW of Rockford who is owned by *******************************. I had a list just to name a few, from crooked loose outlets, brand new light fixtures that were loose, replacing an attic vent with one they chose, to not trusting what was under the siding on my garage and if it was taped properly. I don't have eyes in the back of my head to stand guard over a crew nor should I have to. To ****** credit he did come out a few times to address my concerns, but still insisted the crew was the "best in the business" and made the comment of "how many companies do I know of that have the owner comes out to a job site " My response was, " You should, it's your company, your reputation on the line" No pats of the back from me for coming over and I had had enough. I told him he wasn't getting a ***** more until the job was completed to my satisfaction after I consulted with an attorney. In the end after I threatened nonpayment, WW sent a new crew, and their fixer, as they call him (why do they even need a "fixer" in the first place) who was honestly the only one who knew what he was doing and felt I could trust to make things right, and he did. Never again and I wish I would have listened to my gut instincts and fired them after the city found how they were cutting corners and being dishonest with me from the start.

    Worst experience I've ever had.I had to stop payments because the the so called professional that installed my stained glass beveled door and storm door looked like a amateur installed both of them.Say no more! Less than 2years later the bottom of this beautiful glass storm door was already deteramateing.glass is loose storm door won't shut.I have to detach the bottom of the storm door to shut it.More to say but don't have the time.Cslled customer service.Oh we are exsperian high call volume at this time.NO WONDER!!!

    My dad got his patio doors done over three years ago. In the first week the window already broke and snow was coming in. They have contacted Window World over 24 times to where they hear them say we do not have the parts to fix it. If you get it fixed from someone else we will pay you back! Well they do not have the money since it was spent on this job done by Window World. We may be seeking legal action!

    This is the most shady, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.On May 5th I signed a contract and paid 50% deposit of $7,195:00 by check.On the contract it states 20+ weeks.I have made numerous calls to find out the status of the order with no response. I only got a response when I began emailing the office.On Aug 1st I received an email stating that the *** for my order would be 10/28/2022 I called on Nov 14th spoke with the manager and requested a copy of the my order which he placed with with the factory. After not hearing anything for a week I called only to be told that the information was sent to me. To date I have not received anything from Window World.If you have any plans with doing business with this company, THINK TWICE.
