    Here's my story with this Business and this is the email copy I sent to the management with no respond from them. My name is *********************, I started my Merchant account with your company since October 2020.You were charging me a high monthly fees and additional $49 a month for Equipment.After one year, in October 2021 I decided to change to a different Merchant Solution Company.I called your company many times to cancel my account and no one answered my call.After several attempts, someone answered me and I confirmed that I wanted to cancel my account. I also followed up with a previous mobile message received from customer service on October 11, 2021 at 9:08 AM.(See Attachment).I informed them by the massage that I called to cancel. I also called NUVEI TECHNOLOGIES as they handle my account too, and I informed them to cancel my account. Long story short, Swoop Business Solutions kept charging my account for fees from November 2021 Till December ***** month been charging me for a service that I wasnt using. Also I found out that they made me sign for equipment rental lease for 48 month without noticing. So I made payment for equipment I wasnt using for 12 month and when I called to cancel they charged me $1452.35 to payoff the lease.I attached all the statements to this email. I need someone to take care of this issue as I need my money back. I need every single ***** they took from me for a service I didnt use and with there terrible customer service they didnt canceled my account when I requested that.Total amount charged is: $1386.24. And today Jan 6, 2023 they charged my account another $82.74

    My husband &I contacted someone to set up services with them for our new buisness.During the process of setting everything up we asked EVERYONE we spoke w/ if we would be locked into a ******************* told us NO & that we could cancel anytime we wanted & there wouldnt cancelation fees.Well when we spoke to the people at the end about receiving the card terminal we asked them if we were locked into a *************** said no.They asked us several more questions & when agreeing to receive the terminal from them unknowingly to us we were agreeing to a ********************************************************************************************************** a way for us to understand we couldn't get out of it even though we asked if we could cancel they said yes when we asked.well when trying to use terminal for first time we had several is***s & the terminal wouldn't batch so therefore we couldn't receive our money from it.They said 24/7 customer support but when we called to get help someone would answer & you could hear them but they wouldn't speak to you.It took me 2 DAYS to reach someone about our is***s & they tried to resolve our is*** for the next couple of weeks and still couldn't.We asked to just cancel everything w/ them because of this & that is when we were informed that we were in a contract &couldn't cancel unless we paid over ***** to cancel to which we were furious about & said we just wouldn't pay them to which they said they would *** us if we didn't &send us to collections so they offered to send us a new terminal to try to fix is***s.When we got it we called them to get our is*** fixed to which they still Couldn't figure out &would say they would update us but NEVER would &everytime I tried called for updates I'd have to call several times to then only get a we are working on it still and will call you back. It has now been over 2 months w/no solution to get our money &a "we are working on it" DONT USE THEM! THEY LIE AND TRICK YOU INTO CONTRACTS!
