I was recommended to call A&A public adjusters Inc. one of the best decisions I made. They handled everything when it came to dealing with the insurance. A windstorm blew off part of our flat roof and downed a tree onto the roof as well. The next day I contacted four companies to come out and assess the damage. I left messages with three of these companies who did not return my calls. A&A Public Adjusters came out within 4 hours and immediately began blue tarping the roof to protect it from any further damage. The process was explained. from the beginning on what to expect from them. Their adjuster met with our insurance company and documented all that was needed for the repairs. Their roofers were very professional, courteous and respectful. The debris was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day they worked. A&A Public Adjusters maintained communication with us throughout the entire process. I highly recommend A&A Public Adjusters for of your roofing needs.A&A Public Adjusters, Inc.
