    Horrible for scheduling in car session. I would HIGHLY advise you do not choose this driving school. There are others that offer a way better service and can get your child on the road to taking their driving test a lot faster and more efficiently. This program was horrible along with their customer service!!

    Our experience with Ewoldt Hannah, a driving instructor at Top Driver in Naperville, was nothing short of frustrating and deeply upsetting. What should have been a smooth and supportive learning process turned into a distressing ordeal due to her unprofessional and unfair behavior.
    Despite my child arriving on time for his scheduled appointment, she wrongly recorded a later arrival, resulting in an unjust fine. This mistake wasn’t just inconvenient—it has now created significant delays in my child's ability to obtain his driver’s license, adding unnecessary stress and disappointment to an already nerve-wracking process.
    Beyond the logistical setback, the emotional toll this situation has taken on my child is heartbreaking. Learning to drive should be a positive milestone, but instead, it has been clouded with anxiety and frustration. No family should have to experience this due to the carelessness and misconduct of an instructor.
    I feel compelled to share this experience so that others can be aware when considering driving lessons at Top Driver Naperville, particularly with Ewoldt Hannah.

    I would like to share my horrible experience with Ewoldt Hannah, a driving instructor at Top Driver in Naperville.
    Our interaction with Ewoldt Hannah, has been deeply disappointing. She was rude and exhibited discriminatory behavior, which was incredibly upsetting. Even though my child was on time for an appointment, she deliberately recorded the wrong time, resulting in a fine for us.
    As a consequence of Ewoldt Hannah, actions, my child now faces significant delays in obtaining his driver's license. This situation has caused my son emotional distress. I hope others are aware of this issue when considering driving lessons at Top Driver Naperville, specifically with Ewoldt Hannah.

Had you reached out to **************** to inquire they would have been happy to assist since there were plenty of ****** times available. The Regional Manager will be following up with you as a courtesy to assist in reviewing the process and to begin scheduling your daughter's ******s. Thank you.

    Classroom instruction was ok. Problem is they do not have enough instructors for "in car" driving. They will only book 2 drives per month. This is woefully insufficient. Other Driver Training companies allow for 3 per week. They make it very difficult to schedule these 2 driving classes also. So, months will tick off and your Son/Daughter will not be ready to apply for their license when they turn 16. The owners of this company are negligent. They must know this is a problem.

    ******************,It it unfortunate that you felt the need to post these comments. While reviewing your son's account we see that he started class and received his permit in June and would therefore be eligible to get his license in March 2023 (9 months is the Secretary of State requirement to hold a permit before getting a license). We have no records of you contacting **************** for any issues with scheduling drives since June and we have had many lessons available in ********** to choose from. Should you have scheduled 2 lessons per month as we suggest then he would be eligible to obtain his license upon the 9 month completion deadline. We allow 2 lessons per month to provide much needed practice time for our students in between each lesson.We are sorry that you decided to leave the program and wish your son the best in his ************** endeavors.

    This company accepts money for driving lessons and do not schedule nearly enough lessons for who have paid to get driving lessons.I believe this company is running a fraud because they then charge you a reinstatement fee if you do not schedule drives within a certain time period even when they have no available drives.I believe the cities and State should investigate this business as they are clearly victimizing residents and charging outrageous fees and unreasonable fees.

    Unfortunately this parent had plenty of opportunity to schedule lessons for her son yet did not make any attempt to do so - he had his permit for many months before they tried to schedule. They were well aware of the completion deadline yet did not decide to complain until after the deadline has passed and they were indeed charged a reinstatement fee which we offered to reduce. This is not a Top Driver issue.
