      DONT USE!!! Received several mailing solicitations from this business for license renewal. chose to use this business because it was local and not out of state. Unfortunately, they cashed my check a month ago but I havent received my certificate or my stamp. Nobody answers the phone when you call to check the status of your renewal. Theres just a recorded message to leave your name and number. And no return call.

      On August 16, 2022, at approximately 10:30 AM, I spoke with a lady by the name of ***** who claimed to be a supervisor at the time of call who was extremely rude. I had been reaching out to this business since February 2022 after purchasing a notary package where the notary stamp was faulty and leaking ink. She finally called me back in August 2022. She started the call out speaking to me in a derogatory manner and even after I asked her to stop speaking to me in the tone of voice that she had been using and I also informed her that I felt threatened she proceeded to get louder with me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, as I suspected, she stated that she was the supervisor. I requested to speak to someone higher than her and she proceeded to read off my address and said well be sending out a new stamp and then she hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend using this company for your notary business!
