Everything was a great experience with IEWS from start to finish. *** was amazing an explained everything on our consultation. He probably spent 2 hours answering all our questions and going over what was best for our house. As new home owners we really appreciated all the information. The installation was smooth and they were very mindful of our accommodations for our pets. I spoke with **** after our instal because one of our screens was accidentally torn by a different contractor when they were fixing our roof. **** was great and is helping us with the process to get that fixed! I would definitely recommend! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly!

This is the second home we have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding for, since we had such a great experience the first time. We have used them for both doors and windows, and have been extremely satisfied from start to finish. From the initial estimate (free) to purchasing and install, the timeline has been extremely fast. Their pricing is also extremely competitive and transparent. There are no random hidden fees, and they are flexible in their payment options, which is a plus! When **** arrived to give us an estimate on our porch door, he was very knowledgeable about the structures of the house as well as the products they had. He was able to provide us with some education on the variety of doors as well as well as the process they are made. The office team was very helpful and easy to communicate with to find the perfect time for our installation. The actual day of the install was seamless. The contractors did amazing work and were nice enough to explain to me the entire process of the installation as well as any strange findings our older house presented. The salesman, ******, was very patient, explained all our options, listened to what we wanted, and spent the time to craft products that fit our needs. Installers were great as well. Illinois Energy recently installed windows and a sliding door at our house. Illinois Energy made the process simple and easy for us. We had several people check in and update us on the status of our project. The installation went well and we are very happy with the end result. What a phenomenal find! IEWS was among three companies I was considering for the job (install a sliding door) and decided to listen to their in-home presentation. I was deeply impressed with their technical expertise and the unique product solutions they offered. They were thorough and thoughtful. They sent out an installation engineer prior to executing the job and installation went smoothly. The onsite workers were friendly and respectful of my home and time. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES! Which is a big problem I've had with other contractors who have done work on my home. This is s no-brainer! We have been using Illinois Energy for 20 plus years Theyve installed our siding 2002 and then in 2023 I used them for installing half of our windows and Some interior doors and exterior doors including replacing my sliding glass door plus a bay window.I most recently used them this year in March of 2024 to install the rest of my windows which they just completed.I cant tell you how much I love working with them from ***************** the Project salesman to everyone in the office for the ordering and installation and scheduling process.Everyone is so very professional and easy to work with including their installers.As you can see I have been a repeat customer for years and I highly recommend ********************************************* for anyones next project for all of your Windows, doors as well as roofing needs which they just added.One more selling point: the windows including screens and their siding are guaranteed for life and transferable I will not hesitate in using Illinois Energy again They are a very reliable company with people working there a long time.********************* From ********** **Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

We reached out to Illinois Energy a couple years ago to help us replace an aging sliding glass door. Having been very pleased with the quality of the product and install, we reached out again recently to replace windows and our front door. As expected, we were very pleased with the quality of the product and installation process. **************** response was very prompt to help address one minor product defect but was corrected without question. Illinois Energy Windows and Siding was a referral a few years ago, and was very pleased with the quality of windows and this company has installers on site. No third party involved.Illinois Energy provides all parts and labor with a lifetime warranty, not many companies provide this guarantee.I recently contacted them again to install all the windows in my home. Again was provided the (non-prorated, transferable, parts and labor lifetime warranty) on all 8 windows. The in-house installers were efficient and meticulous in their work.
