I have been doing business with Quill for **** months and haven't had any problems until recently. I'm not sure if its because of the holiday season but, Its been an entire week of me calling and the automated voice states they are not able to take calls at the moment. I try calling at different times to see if i can speak to someone.....but no, nothing. This is very upsetting to put in orders and have an email sent saying to contact them about my account but the moment you do your are not able to get through to anyone.Quill.com

Order for the company I work for and love how quickly all product gets to me. Never had any issues. Quill rep even called me to inform me that my points were going to expire and that I should use them prior to that. I continue to order from Quill :)Quill.com

I WOULD DEFINITELY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I purchased a printer on 08/19/23 and the amount exceeded the amount Quill allowed me for credit. There was a $300 difference left for me to pay. I made a payment on 9/6/23 of $300.00. I called myself paying the bill prior to the invoice date. I received a letter from Quill stating that the company owed them $300. I sent a letter from the company bank stating that the $300 has been paid. The representative stated that they did not receive the payment. The company banking institution stated that the payment has been issued to Quill and that there's nothing that they can do. I informed the representative, ***** that I would like to speak with a manager, and she stated that everything is done through email and sent me a screenshot of what was stated. Which was nothing. If this was in the court of law, it would definitely rule in my favor. I have proof that the payment of $300 has been PAID.Quill.com

Unbelievable negative issues with Quill. We were turned over to collections for a balance that had been paid several weeks prior to the call we received asking for payment. We have the payment confirmation from from Quill showing receipt of payment, which we had to email back to them along with our credit card receipt for proof of payment! We were not contacted in any manner regarding a balance that was past due, no phone call, no statement for collection, nothing! This is NOT the first time we have had billing issues with Quill. This will be the last time, as we will not do business with them again. There are obviously no checks and balances- literally- when a business shows no record of an over $200.00 payment that was made to them by credit card. How many other businesses are dealing with this?!Quill.com

Don't order from this company. They are misleading in their deals and you don't get the correct amount at checkout. I ordered a printer from them because it stated in two different places that the taxes were lower than what they charged me. They also led me to believe I was to get a $25.00 e-gift card from Subway. I didn't receive any gift card and taxes cost me about $20.00 more than what I was shown at checkout without any heads-up from the company. When I did receive an email from the company, I emailed them back that I wanted to cancel the order if the price wasn't correct on the bill summary and received nothing back from them. There was no tracking #, no date to ship and no email stating it had been shipped. There was no communication at all. I sent another email to them after I received my printer stating how I didn't like how they do business and how they were a misleading company which is my nice way of putting how crooked they are. They are constantly sending out email promotions about money off or you get this and you get that and I have already found out the hard way they don't follow through on their promotions. I have had another business from ******** do this to me. They charged me for the items I ordered but no shipping fees at the time of order and when I received my credit card bill, I was dumbfounded to find that I had been charged more on shipping fees than the item. So it seems to me that this kind of business is practiced in ******** quite a bit. I will be staying away from ******** companies from here on out.I still haven't received an email from the company acknowledging I even tried to communicate with them.These companies need to have consequences for their actions. Reviews do nothing except to help the customer vent. No consequences says a company can keep on s******* people overQuill.com

i had placed an order ***** months ago the company canceled the order they refuse to reach out to tell you why they canceled them i will not change the star rating on them as i will never use them as there crooked and a scam the government should shut them down because of the scams there putting out. i did reach out the customer service a dam joke they wont help you they call you stupide.Quill.com

This is a c*** company. I ordered a file cabinet on 10/10/23, and the Quill website said it would be delivered in literally 3-4 days after I ordered it. Then on 10/11/23 I got another email saying the cabinet would be here between 10/17/23 and 10/18/23. Then, today, 10/15/23, I received another email saying it won't be here until 11/15/23-11/16/23. I needed that cabinet now, which is why I ordered it. They charged my credit card on the day I ordered this cabinet, so they have my money, but they can't fulfill an order that is a Quill brand item.Quill.com

Quill's accounting department, and pretty much everyone I have talked to, have no idea what they are doing. Or it could also be that they just don't care. Both seem like they are logical explanations.Our business went from paying with a credit card, to having them invoice our account. We sent the first check and everything went okay. Then we tried to pay three separate invoices on one check that stated the invoice numbers. Instead of paying the invoices stated, they just came up with some random theory of what needed to be paid. We had a credit memo on our account because we never received a product we ordered. I had to wait until Quill checked with the shipping company to make sure I wasn't lying. We finally received that credit after two months. This credit was used in the check where accounting didn't input correctly.I have emailed, called, and chatted online to several different representatives. One of the reps forwarded me to someone else after a 20 minute conversation and then I had to explain myself all over again. I got different answers each time. I had to ask to speak with a supervisor multiple times because my original request was ignored. Oh did I mention that they gave me different answers each time? They said, "we refunded you that money on the credit card". Guess what, there was no refund on our statement! Hence why we used that credit as part of paying for open invoices from a check.Anyways, they wanted to argue with me, not help, not even try to help, just tell me how things were, and was provided several different types of answers (even from the same rep!). Eventually I received an email that "A credit was issued in the value of $ ****** to the credit card ending in 77 originally used on this order. The credit was submitted to **** on 5/18/2023 and I expect it to appear on the statement in the following 2-5 business days." So what they said was they never gave me the credit and are just now doing it. Terrible company, DO NOT SHOP AT QUILL!Quill.com

Hi, I've signed up with these guys and been with them for close to 6 months now and now when I get laid off I submit a claim and give them everything they want in paper work and all. They tell me i have to wait 30 days before they can review my claim before payment. This IS NOT RIGHT! I NEED THAT MONEY TO PAY MY MORTGAGE ON TIME BUT THEY DON'T CARE. The 30 day hold is to see if you go back to work in those 30days and if so they don't have to pay out the claim. NOT ROGHT AT ALL. I RECOMMEND BEFORE SINGING UP THINK TWICE.Quill.com
