    It's easy to see why Platinum Plus Solutions is not a BBB accredited business. Our management company uses them and will not let us hire a reliable exterminator.

    This company is completely useless. Every time they come out they have no idea what is going on, they send a different person who doesn't know if it's a follow up or the first inspection. I've had bed bugs since December 20th of 2023 and the issue isn't fixed. I had pictures of bed bugs that I found 4 days prior to someone arriving and the guy refused to spray because he "saw no evidence of them." DUDE I've got pictures of them, and I threw out my box spring, couch, bed frame, blankets, etc. Whatever they spray from their little cans doesn't work. This company has overhired, they provide obviously terrible training, and all of their workers hate their lives and don't want to help anyone. 3 different times these charlatans have come to do a "follow up treatment" and they were in my apartment for 45 seconds. They don't look for bed bugs, they just spot spray around the baseboards of the apartment. It's an absolute joke. Just sending workers to locations without one clue what they are doing is ludicrous. You all should be ashamed.
