"Our law office is continually having to request duplicate satisfactions of mortgages to clear titles after sending payoffs by wire transfer which is what they require. We're told they mail the original satisfactions to the borrowers which is not how it should be handled as the borrowers rarely file the satisfactions at the county recorder's office."

"Do not use this company as they violate the Truth In Lending Act by purposefully withholding statements for months at a time, making errors in applying account credits, and more. Their customer service consists of being diverted from one **** to another, and the line "I cannot see that screen" is used when asking any question, only to be sent to another **** that gives the same reply, and eventually may hang up on you."
