  I order between $350, to $500 every Christmas. This 2024 I ordered $449.91 promo $90 dollars off. Total came to $359.91 I ordered 9 different 6.5 gallon cans and 1 gift tower. so, they placed my order. Everyone got theirs except my sister. looked it up I guess they ran out. So, I ordered a different one no problem another $$41.97 Still no refund to my account for the $39,99. I spent over an Hour 2 different calls no customer service what's so ever. I finally was getting tired of her saying the same thing they say it was procced and that was it. I said I have a copy of my account I can send a picture and show you it isn't there. I don't care if you did process it the money is not there! I said can't you maybe just send me another can or something. Then she started the exact thing she was saying before it has been processed. I was getting pretty mad at this point I finally just said forget it and told her they will get a review of exactly what just happened and hung up. Every year customer is done I will get it elsewhere. So disappointed

  I placed an online order at the end of November 2023. I had a free shipping code and after the order was placed I noticed the shipping was added. I immediately called customer service and was told I would be refunded for shipping. A month later in December I called again to inquire about the refund. I spoke to the same customer service rep and he told me again that it showed I was going to get a refund for shipping. Its now almost 2 mo the later and I still havent received the shipping refund. Dont send free shipping codes if youre not going to honor it. Its also odd that I called customer service twice and got the same customer service rep like he was the only one that worked customer service.

  Was charged $23 extra money for expitided delivery and was not received on time. Was told I could get a "5 dollar refund. Absolutely worst customer service I had ever seen and I would never order anything from this company again.

  Deceptive advertising and underhanded business practices time and time again as promo codes are offered that are "expired" again. Once you've gotten all the way to order completion, they state your promo code which THEY EMAILED OUT if expired-which it is NOT. They offered **** shipping through October 29th but when I tried to use it, it stated it was expired. Spoke to customer service and they said it was indeed expired BUT TODAY is October 29th. I believe they are underhanded and deceptive in their business practices and have removed myself from their mailing list. How do they have an A+ rating when every complaint has rated them a 1 or below?

  We are very sorry there was an issue using the promo code TPFSHIP5 or if you entered TPFSHIPS. the Last Chance email shows the delivery date had to be 10/31/23 specifically selected or the code would not apply. Our apologies if that was misunderstood.

  I have purchased gifts from Popcorn Factory in the past. However, recently fraudulent charges have appeared on my credit card from the Popcorn Factory which were not authorized by me. I have reported them to my credit card company and deactivated my card. Please be careful when purchasing items on line through this company.
