Canceled at 11:30 for a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM wait time every Friday in April and May for a **** refrigerator repair. **** says that this is a valid company that is authorized to work on **** brand appliances, but I have never been able to get in contact with a real person, just AI voices that offer no explanations. This business is a complete scam!

They rip off the people. They do not have a trained technician. They only have on the job training on your cost. We will never hire them again. They ripped off our money. They did not even open my appliance and they charged $129. He wanted to replace the water pump at cost of $700.

Dear Sears Home Warranty Team,I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the service I have received for my air conditioning repair request. It has now been over one month since I first reported the issue, and during this time, the repair appointment has been rescheduled three times without ***************** without air conditioning for such an extended periodespecially in this heatis not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved promptly, only to be met with continued delays and lack of clear communication. This level of service is not what I expected when I signed up for the Sears Home Warranty plan. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and ensure that my AC is repaired immediately. Please escalate this issue to a supervisor and provide a firm date for repair that will not be rescheduled again. I would also like to formally request compensation for the inconvenience and lack of service I have endured over the past month.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.***** ****

This has been the absolute worst experience. I have my refrigerator and dishwasher covered under their home warranty plan. My refrigerator and dishwasher have not been operating since March 2025. I called and they scheduled appointments for both. They actually came for the refrigerator on the first appointment and said parts had to be ordered. They ordered the parts and then since then they have scheduled and rescheduled 4 appointments. I have had to take off work and wait for them on 4 different dates only for them to cancel them in the afternoon. They have done the same with the dishwasher and have never actually been out to look at it. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get to a resolution only to be strung along. After the last appointment they told me to find my own repair person and they would reimburse me. I again have spent several hours trying to find my own repairman and have not had any success. I do not even know what to do about the dishwasher. I would never recommend this company to anyone. During all of this they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to renew the warranty for another year and pay *****+ per month. Clearly this is a money scam and they have no plan to fix my refrigerator or dishwasher.

Our refrigerator/freezer has been down for two months. The first tech diagnosed the problem via a ****** search. He ordered a part and returned a month later to install it. it didnt work so he ordered three more parts. The next three scheduled appointments were canceled by Sears for no apparent reason. The call center is less than kind. They gave us a very difficult time with rescheduling when they were the one that didnt show up repeatedly. They have limited techs and there is very long wait time to reschedule. A different tech did showed up a month after the first one was here and he installed one of the three parts that the first tech ordered. He took the other two unused parts with him. He left random screws at the bottom of the freezer. He also put a dirty part on our barstool leaving a mess behind. Needless to say, the refrigerator/freezer is still not working. The call center set up a virtual appointment with a tech and he set up an appointment for a new tech to come the following day. That tech didnt show up. Another appointment was set up for the next day and that tech didnt show up either. We believe that Sears Home Services is a complete scam.

?? Worst Home Warranty Experience Avoid Sears at All Costs! ??Ive had the absolute worst experience with Sears Home Warranty. Six months and countingthey still havent replaced a broken appliance, despite multiple calls and promises. Their customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright frustrating.Whats the point of paying for a warranty if they never honor it? Save yourself the headacheDO NOT waste your money on Sears Home Warranty. There are far better and more reliable options out there.0/10 Would NOT recommend! Sears Home Services

Placed a service repair order online with Sears Home Warranty for troubleshooting and possible repair of my Maytag Washer on 05/04/2025 and paid the $100.00 deductible. I was given an appointment between 0800 and 1200 PM on 05/07/2025 for the repair service technician. It is now 3:15 pm on 05/07/2025 and the technician has not arrived. I called 4 different numbers associated with Sears Home Warranty and Sears Home Services attempting to find out the status of my service order just to be told my order is still a tube and they would ask the technician to text me with updates as to when he might be arriving. He has not contacted me yet. I even provided my service order number. Sears Home Warranty and Sears Home Services have severely degraded in customer service in recent years and cannot be relied upon to fulfill their end of an already paid for service contract. Beware of these companies.

On 3/25/2025 appointment was made to have my Kitchen Aid Fridge to be diagnose with a issue it was having. This same day the serviceman told us that it needed a Fan compresser. We purshase the a Fan compresser the same day. For the cost of $623.40 on a debit card. On 4/1/2025 we recivce the item in the mail and made a appointment to have a serviceman to install it. On the 4/4/2025 Fridge was still having the same issues( was not fix) so I called another Company (***************) to take look at the Fridge and he fix it the same day. The problem was the icemaker was calling for water was the noise source. We were charge for a part we didn't need so I called Sears Home Services(on 4/11/25) when I finally was able to speak to a person. I example to her the problem with the Fridge and was charge for a part we didn't need. I ask for a refund, She told me that they will refund us back $504.04 and they would send a e-mail within a week. I've not heard anything from this Company (Sears ************* since this date.

They truly don't deserve any recognition whatsoever. I had a repair done on my refrigerator that was quoted at $1400, but if I signed up for their plan, it would only cost $580an enticing deal, I thought. They replaced the compressor, but the fridge has been non-functional ever since. The service was scheduled for Tuesday after a Monday repair, but no one showed up. I spent hours making calls to their customer service line. They eventually rescheduled for Friday, which forced me to take time off work. The appointment window was set from 7 AM to 11 AM, but after no updates, I called again only to learn that the technician's truck had broken down. They pushed the appointment to Monday, but still, no service was provided. This experience has been the most frustrating scam I've encountered. This is not the Sears we once knew. Now, they just keep bouncing me around between representatives. I strongly advise against doing business with this company!

BEWARE!!!! If you want to get scammed, call Transform Sears Home Services! You have to give them a credit card number before they'll make you an appt. I was charged $139 for service call but he didn't do anything then, without permission they charged us another $47 a month for a membership fee. I don't need or want any membership with scammers! The technician we had said he's worked for the company for 25 years, however, he didn't know his work address or phone number and his English was so broken he was hard to understand. Trying to make a long story short, we turned on the oven to show him the error code. He said "that doesn't mean anything", then spent 45 minutes playing on his phone with a final diagnosis as follows: Labor-$364.95, Motor assembly-$223.67 times 2, total repair cost $936.86 plus time to order parts. I told him for that amount of money, I'll get a new appliance. He threw his arms in the air and said "if you want to go to all the trouble of shopping, removal of this unit and installation of a new one, that's up to you. Right there I knew something was rotten. We made a call to a local company that I used to repair my washer/dryer years ago. He came the next day, fixed the oven by himself in 45 minutes for $149.95. It's working like new. This experience was HORRIBLE and they should be put out of business!!
