  *** and ****** were great to work with. They went over and above to make sure we were happy, and their work is outstanding. Corners are perfect on the moldings, everything is painted perfectly, and all the structural things are better than specs call for. I highly recommend them.

  I cant express how grateful I am to have had *********************************************** (M&M) Insurance Specialists on our corner after a house fire left our recently purchased home in shambles. *******************, our adjuster at M&M, was an absolute godsend. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and professional, which left us confident in the road ahead to rebuilding our home. **** was readily available at every turn, and helped us resolve any miscommunications or questions we had about our insurance policy and the construction. As with any construction project on an old *************** and unexpected work had to be done, and I was pleased that *******************/M&M kept their promises. Thank you for your support and guidance during a very stressful time. Not to mention the great work their contractors completed! We are so pleased with the result and constantly receive compliments from our visitors. Again, thank you for our beautiful home!

  *** was great. We had some flooding and water damage in the basement. He came out right away, Showed us the work needed, submitted his estimate and had his guys out in no time to start the work. His crew was pro, hardworking and did great work. They knocked out the work with almost no disruption to us.

  Wow, where to begin on 10/4/23 I had a house fire that didn't completely destroy my house ,but did significant damage.When the fire was being extinguished by the ********************** fire department, I was introduced from a neighbor, ************** to M&M.I met with *************, who explained to me what M&M could do for **** contacted my insurance company American Family, who reassured me that working with an independent adjuster is ok.M&M through Homelink found a great condo for me to stay while the reconstruction is being done.I have been working with *************** ,the refurbishing manager, to choose the new replacement items of the house.Their crew headed by *** and *** are doing a great job of renewing everything.M&M not only works for you but with you on restoring your house.I am truly grateful for M&M and all their members for all the work they have done and are doing.Also a shoutout to ******************* the adjuster of American Family for his help in securing payment for everything.Thank God for insurance and these wonderful people.

  Last year we had a house fire which devastated us to our core. **** showed up and was so helpful and knowledgeable and just made us feel that we were in very good hands. All of this was so new to me but everything was explained so patiently. They were so professional and thorough in every detail. We are finally able to spend Christmas in our home. I would definitely recommend Michaelson and Messenger.

  I consider it an honor to attest to the prompt, professional and expert services provided to me by ***************************** Messinger, Public Adjusters. More important to me is that they were able to accomplish this while, at the same time, taking a personal interest in my specific situation. The whole process was new to me and they were accessible every step of the way. They did such a great job that we were able to get a purchaser for the property the next day after it was listed for sale. They are the best and I would tell that to anyone.
