      *** and his son put on a good show. Tons of good reviews. They were kind and courteous. I contacted them to clean my gutters (specifically a down spout that wouldn't drain). On arrival I pointed out the problem spout and let them get to work. Fast forward a few weeks when we finally had some rain to test their work. The spout wasn't cleared. It was actually worse than before. You can see in the photos how the water starts pouring back towards the house. They also charge an additional fee to remove gutter guards if you have them( makes total sense). What doesn't make sense is that they bent my guards instead of removing them and didn't even put it back. Then charged me for that.When trying to contact ***, you never get a call back. I have several emails I've sent as well. He did respond once that a refund would be issued but no receipt of a refund and has since gone dark. It has also been about *********************************************** word from him. Don't expect a call back or anything if you have any issues at all with them.

      Would not do business again with this company. They damaged our outdoor fireplace with the promise of taking care of the bill to avoid making an insurance claim. They have since that day, stopped communicating and have sent no payment. We will be taking *** and his company to court. I hope no one else falls victim to this company. They are not BBB certified and do have further complaints on there. This is not the first time we had problems with them.
