"I brought two guitars to this store for minor action adjustments and when I got them back, one had deep scratches on back ( a OOO 28 EC) and the other (an OM 28 MD) had a dime size chip out of the finish on back near on the binding.I would be very careful of their care of your guitar and make sure to point out your condition prior to leaving to their care and then carefully check it out thoroughly prior to leaving the store." ...
