      One of the most ridiculous scam artist extortionists to date. I have been repeatedly refused access to my personal belongings, including prescriptions and personal identification cards that he has possession After he told a vehicle I was in. This is unjustifiable and just an audacious backhand to humanity on a personal level. I cannot even begin to express how Unconstitutional this business owner is running his business. He seeks to take advantage of anyone that comes under his wench. I only want to Say that, even after I told him my mothers prescriptions were also in there he couldve cared less. Its time we take care of our women. This scumbag needs to be taught a lesson. Hopefully he cant take advantage of anyone else.

      Do not take your vehicle here. They do sloppy work and don't put it together right after paying them top dollar to do so. I had the same experience as ********* I had problems and spoke to ***, he told me they know what there doing. Didn't want to hear any of the is***s I had. Told me he is done with my car and to get out of his shop. They painted the bumper and didn't clip it back in right and his excuse was.. "we saved you money" NO I paid for you to paint the bumper so put it back on right after You took it off. There is so much more but I just want to warn people to choose a different place. The double side tape things, don't clip things back into place right. You talk to owner he makes you feel like it's your fault when we paid him to do a job. Customers don't need to appreciate something if it's done poorly and paid hard earned cash. I told him I was going to *** him and he told me Good luck. So wish me luck guys and go to a better place! HE Only likes to do Insurance jobs because he can get away with ripping them off!

      First and foremost this customer brought her vehicle in for repairs after an accident and she had received an estimate for approximately $12000 from another body shop. ******* was looking for a cost efficient repair and stated she needed the repairs to be much less. She asked Jim Olson Collision to save money where ever possible. After repairs were completed she came in for a back ordered molding 2 weeks later, during this visit she was rude to our staff and had issue with the repair. The cost efficient repair was completed according to the estimate that we gave her. Our estimate was $8000 versus the $12000 per the other shop. Customer stated she had no auto insurance which is her reasoning for a cheaper repair. Her primary complaint is regarding the front bumper fit. Jim Olson Collision had the intent to adjust this problem but customer was very rude and disrespectful to the staff, therefore we choose not to assist in any further repairs.
