If I could give this a negative 10 star rating I would. Every step of the way we were met with incompetence. Our designer was not a certified kitchen designer and had zero follow up skills. Made all sorts of promises and most were not followed through on. The windows were installed last, causing the countertops to have a gap and a solution to be created. The zinc hood was damaged and further damaged when it was tried to be fixed. It grew icicles in the winter and wind blows the burners. The 8 ft glass door arrived manufactured wrong, it was installed in hopes it was not noticed. After arguments and months later a replacement door was sent that was damaged. Part of the steel base of our countertop was a complete fail and said to be overseen by an engineer per the designer but just a failure per the company after harshly despairing the designers skills. When the windows finally came, a hole was left for them to be installed and wood cover was put on the hole. A rain storm caused our basement area to flood ruining several items and causing our aerator to go out. This flooding occurred 3 times. The gutter is still sticking out 3 feet on our deck when it had to be rerouted (with no plan) because it went through the middle of the window. It was installed in a way that the water has to flow up. This is being redone by a professional roofer now. A demand was made for final payment but the numbers were all wrong including charges not agreed upon or for services that did not occur. In the end, they abandoned the job.
