    I work for a small family owned ******************. We started using Smart Digital to increase our business and continue to compete with large national chains. Smart Digital did not do what we contracted them to do. They hardly made posts for our business and basically just collected a check from us every month for absolutely nothing. We switched to another company after using Smart Digital for about 6 months in an effort to save our company money. As soon as we had stopped using Smart Digital our ****** listing along with all of our reviews vanished. Over 25 years of reviews were completely erased after using this company for less than a year. What they did was dishonest and disreputable. We attempted to get our ****** listing and everything else Smart Digital erased recovered, however our attempt was unsuccessful. We now have to start from scratch and rebuild our reputation online. This is costing our small business more time and money than before. It is truly disappointing that a company like this preys on smaller companies and intentionally destroys them. The sheer pettiness from this company when they did the bare minimum for our online profiles is monstrous. I would NOT recommend this company.
