  Do not do business with G & R Heating and Air. They charge for goods and services not provided. Also, this company tells you they have a "no breakdown guarantee" when you sign up for their service agreement. Yet, when you schedule a service call you get told the guarantee is for only 30 days!!I am still waiting on a credit for a PVC trap for my furnace that isn't needed and was not provided! I believe the trap was clogged and when the tech was working on it, he cleaned it out thus fixing the problem. I called them a day later to inform them the problem had been fixed without the part, and to cancel the part and put through a credit. I have made several attempts to get these charges reversed off my credit card and get told that it's under review. Really? I have received no parts or service for the additional repair so what is there to review? I actually tried to talk to the owner and got told he wasn't available. When I asked for his full name, I got told it was against company policy to reveal that information!There is plenty of competition in this industry with some of the other players actually living up to their no breakdown guarantees. There should be absolutely no reason to do business with these unethical people.

  After doing some research, we found the credit was issued however it can take **** business days for the credit to appear on her statement. We called and spoke with the customer regarding her concerns and have rectified the situation.

  Fully satisfied with the professional service we received. Our experience involved three visits with three different G&R professionals. 1st, **** came on a scheduled service visit. He ran a camera through parts of the furnace we could not see. This visual, with still photos, made it easy for us to see that our 14 year old furnace was nearing the end of its service life. More importantly, **** explained in detail the "what is" & "why's" we had a few hot spots. He then emailed us all the photos along with repair options and costs. It was evident it would be in our best interest to consider a new furnace. **** made our appointment for a G&R "Comfort Specialist" for the next day.2nd, ***** our "Comfort Specialist" arrived on schedule and provided us with various new furnace options and costs. We did not at any time feel like we were being pressured or upsold. ***** came across as one of these guys you would just like to hang out with. Once we decided on the ideal product, ***** made the appointment for installation.3rd, a different **** arrived the very next day for the installation. It was very evident, and comforting, to watch a seasoned professional install our new furnace. **** provided suggestions and detailed explanations on how we can prolong the life of our new Champion "American Made" furnace. Beyond the maintenance, sales, and installation of a new furnace we gained a sense of a business that has a positive internal culture. All 3 individuals who came to our home were class acts. They displayed professionalism, a high level of relevant knowledge, and were very friendly. We are confident G&R is a good organization. We have joined their membership plan and look forward using them moving forward.One final note: being a business owner it can be quite challenging when a customers expectations are not met. G&R has responded to every negative review with care and concern to make right and solve issues. ***************

  I had a tehnician from G & R Heating and Air come to my home on Sunday Aug ************************************ my compressor was locked up, and we needed a whole new unit. his sales man came on the 21st and gave me an estimate of $6000. I called and got an estimate on the 23rd for $3600 which is almost half what G&R wanted. Then I had a company my step-son used come, I explained what had happened so far and he wanted to do his own diagnostic, what he found was a switch that was bad a $50 part. So it cost me $125 to fix my central air unit when G&R just wanted to scam me into buying a new unit. So please don't call them for anything they want to scam you!!!

  Hello *****,We apologize that the appointment did not meet your expectations. When the technician came out, you were not charged the service fee for the visit. Then when our Comfort Advisor came by, you did not sign an agreement or make any deposits. Oftentimes there are differences in cost due to the types of products being used. There is no way to know if what we quoted you in person is the same as what was quoted to you over the phone by another company. Our cost includes our dispatchers, ****************** stocked trucks. Everything is licensed, bonded, and insured. While our team did not meet your expectations, we are glad you were able to get your AC unit running again.

  ***** helped me out tremendously. I had a family gathering at my house and during the party my AC started blowing hot. I gave them a call they came out with in a few hours an was able to fix it. We were so thankful for there fast response and being very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I really like the cheap membership for service. I highly recommend purchasing it. Thanks again for the service and look forward to you servicing my system in the future.

  Amazing service! My ** stopped working at 8pm on Saturday during my sons birthday party, I called ***** and they were at my house at 9pm and the ** was blowing cold at 9:30p. Needless to say they saved the day for me and my son!
