Called 6 **** company before them, was told that didn't have blower motor that I needed on Dec 22. Call loescher and was told they could fix, tech called me and I stated I needed blower motor and make and model of my furnace. He showed up at house with test light walked down basement check motor and said "yep you need a blower motor". Then informed us we owe 185 dollars. Went and sat in his truck and told his boss he was at house for one hour! More like 6 minutes. Called and tried to explain 185 dollars to tell me what I told them I needed was unreal, they never even ordered motor for me but turned into collections! Never seen such a scam and recommend you use anyone else! *** the tech is a liar, was not an hour unless you sat in your truck for 45 min before leaving, and ***** ithere is just an A******Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

******, we have reviewed this service call on several occasions with you. You placed a call with our emergency service on Sunday 12/23 due to your furnace not working, our on call service let you know a service tech would be in touch to discuss an ETA and applicable fees for the service call. Our tech promptly responded and visited your residence to diagnose the unit as we cannot determine what parts are needed with out seeing the unit and getting information from it. You were aware of the fee for him to come out and paid him the diagnostic fee as well as signed his service ticket acknowledging the service. Our service department followed up promptly on Monday during regular business hours with a quote for the replacement parts as these are not a stock item for your brand equipment, and our salesman touched base to inquire if you would like a quote on a new unit due to the age of your system. Both of these options were not accepted. We later discovered that you canceled the credit card charge immediately after out technician left leaving an open balance due on our account for services rendered that is still due.Review fromMelissa G

I would NEEVER use Loescher Heating and Air, first of all you have to keep calling them over and over and over to get them to come look at your issue. Then when they do answer you they will come out and look at your issue but make more of a problem for you. I have been calling them for years to fix an ac unit for me. First had to purchase an outside unit that cost me $3000 or over, they put it i. Then forgot to tell me after i stalling that unit that i had an inside unit that needed repaired as well that would cost me another $3000. I ended up purchasing that unit later on because my house was still hot! Well after they put in the inside unit in my attic they just left the old unit in my attic which is still there for me to figure out how to get it out! All of a sudden this yeari turn on my unit and next thing you know i look up in my hallway and notice water running down my walls, so i call Loescher and have them come out and there employees installed the inside unit incorrectly and just duck taped taped pipes in attic which caused over time the water to leak through! Alot more to the story but this is just a short run down, anyway i call them they come out supposedly fix the issue so next thing im standing in my bedroom and get a drip on my head i look up and the ceiling is caving in! Their employees came and busted another pipe and caused more water damage caused more damage than before! I call and report it to them and they tell me to turn it into my insurance company! I now have more damage than before and ceiling still not fixed and looks like its gonna cave in! BAD business do NOT use them at all if I were you! Im still trying to get my house fixed and having difficult time with estimates and my insurance company! I have pictures of damages to walls, ceilings and carpets. Im so disgusted in their work and how much they charged me and my ac unit is still having problems and how unprofessional they have been throughout the years.Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

** have previously discussed with ******* that she just has to have her insurance company contact us and they can coordinate with our insurance. Below is the response we provided when she left a review on ****** back in June ** are sorry for your frustration but the first step involves filling any claim with your insurance and then they will contact our insurance, we do not have any involvement in the claim process. You have been a longtime customer and we appreciate that, we installed a new outdoor unit back in 2012 but your air handler was not replaced at the time. Through some additional service calls it was determined in 2014 that there was a leak in the indoor units evaporator coil. ** provided repair/replacement options during our visits but the air handler was not replaced until 2017. In 2019 the air handler had a manufacturing defect that was found and the repair was completed under warranty. ** do not show any service records until last month with the associated leak from the air handler. Unfortunately, after the recent repair we were called back for a condensate leak that our technician repaired promptly. Our office staff has been in communication with you on this matter and recently reached out to advise on the next steps but have not heard back until now. Feel free to give our office a call and we can explain more on the process for any insurance claim for any repairs needed.Review fromStacy D

I'm so disgusted. We were given a "worst case scenerio" quote for moving the air conditioner to have a patio put in and then reinstall. The guy said possibly $700 worst case and it could take 5 or 6 hours and they may have to fill it. It comes time to pay and it is $675. I asked the guy and he said well I was here 45 minutes to install and almost 2 hours to put it back. Which i kept the time and agreed. Then he hands me the bill and it says for 5 hours work. I said but we just agreed it was about 3 hours, why does it say 5 hours. He said his boss told him to put down 5 and looked embarrassed. He said I'd call if I were you. So we did. The boss said we'll we said it'd be $700. Yeah you did but that was for 5 or 6 hours and if you had to top it off. It was 3 hours, and it did not need to be topped off. He then said well I estimated $700. Again that was worst case and none of those 'possible' issues happened. Your worker even agreed it was 3 hours. He then started back tracking, contradicting himself and making up new things they had to do. So, we asked, those new things were not factored into the first quote? What would have happened if we did have the worst case scenario then all the extras you just threw out were going to be free? We then asked for an itemized invoice for all these "extra" expenses that were not quoted with the original quote and just happened to pop up now. We have not received it. We have no problem paying for work. And the worker was nice. But even when your worker tells us we should call on the bill makes us think he knows that they are blatantly stealing from us. It is disgusting. When we tell people about it, they immediately grimace and say they are horrible and they'd never use them. I just don't like being taken advantage of. Maybe they thought because I'm a woman and I would just accept it. Well they were wrong and I'm not done fighting this. I wonder if a man had been there to pay if they'd pull this crud on them?Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

*****, We have reviewed your concerns on this with ************** and salesman and have tried to reach out to your husband to discuss your concerns but have not received a response. We did received a check for the $675.00 this week. Who should we contact to provide the itemized invoice for this as well as provide a $50 dollar refund on this to get this resolved? We normally work of a fixed quoted amount which we provided on this project and also jumped right away to take care of this project for you with short notice. We always strive to meet the customer satisfaction and want to make sure we get this right with you and our husband.
