    ******* is very professional and polite and patient. And very respectful.Unfortunately the finance company was unable to finance my brother who is a veteran. I understand the process. The office staff are also very polite and informative. I would recommend this company in the future.

    For the past two *******, the furnace that Precision today has installed, has failed to meet the personal requirements of the customer. They sold me a train furnace for $10,000 and when The temperature drops the furnace only goes up to 70 and they tell you oh you have an efficient furnace. I couldve kept my carrier It worked a lot better.

    Im very pleased with the work ******* ******* did. I also liked how he explained the options available to me. Very professional and pleasant to speak with. Before he stepped through the door I was not happy about the wait but that was immediately forgotten when he introduced himself. And he used a mask as per my request.

    Not recommended for any service . Stay away as far as possible. I had issue with the **** I was charged $815 . Asked then to service and they said the service fee will be waived off .It was charged after the repair , And the repair lasted for only 30 mins when called back I was told that due to recommendation not followed which was entirely false. I have a kid and had to spend 2 days without Heater in ******* winter. There was no process feedback or they don't have any process to register any issue . Everything has to be done by call .And if you ask them question they will block you . So it money down the drain. I would defiantly not ask anyone call them . Not sure how BBB recommends them I am going to register a complain.- Pankaj V

    I signed a year contract with them for general checkups on heating, AC,electrical and plumbing. I had two different plumbers lie to me about the plumbing repairs. One said I needed a new toilet and the price he quoted me was outrageously high, so I checked with another company and saved over $500. The kicker was that I didnt need a new toilet and my old one just needed a new gasket!

    I do not recommend Precision Today. Why? The services we received for our air conditioner and water heater check (which included our sinks and toilets) were not good.Also, our fall furnace maintenance was postponed by Precision Today, and took over a month to reschedule with them. Finally, when I asked for a return phone call on three different messages, were never returned.

    Had annual furnace maintenance today with Mac and he was extremely thorough and walked me through every step of his inspection. Appreciated the sharing of his inspection process. He is very personable and courteous.
