    Like most customer reviews on ****** and Yelp, Ive experienced the same problematic issues- the owner is over selling and under delivering, causing more issues than solving them, every glitch adds another quote for more equipment. , My internet that has worked perfectly fine for 5 years with a simple ******* router was ruined by adding hardwired WAPs. I now have half the coverage I had with two new Internet extenders. How is this even possible? How can this company claim to be audio and video specialists? The audio system he sold us doesnt work with common apps such as ******* and *****. You have to add a work around. Perhaps something we should have been told before we signed the contract. His technician didnt quite know how to get the app working - again how is that possible if theyre experts? The audio speakers should have perfect sound- they are all over the place in sound levels. He said h*** come back to tune them. How about you tune them now as you installed them? Whats the wait for? Id these people were experts they would have done that upon installation. After all equipment was installed my internet keeps losing reception yet my ******* tests say we are getting more bandwidth that we pay for. Its not the gateway. The owner shows everyone his beautiful showroom and promises the world, but installation in your home and functionality is not even close to what was promised. Please check all reviews as the low ratings all say the same. I am doubtful the showroom was actually created by ****. Im not sure what the owners intent is but causing problems for people who pay tens of thousands of dollars in good will is a terrible way to make a living.

    Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First review I have ever posted because it is that bad. One out of three technicians knows what they are doing. 10 days to hang two TVs, hook up three receivers, and program three remotes. Technician would sit on my couch for hours trying to program a remote. Swaps out equipment without your knowledge.
