    We hired Lint Pros for a 2nd time Annual Dryer Vent cleaning, their wonderful tech **** came out and did a spectacular job! He noticed that there was a mesh screen on the outside and suggested we change that out as it is not recommended; collects lint too fast, fire hazard, amongst many other things. We trusted his recommendation and asked him to change that out immediately. When I pointed out to him that last year Lint Pros was hired and the tech at the time failed to mention anything about changing out the mesh screen he said he wasn't sure why he didn't recommend changing that out. I spoke to ****** or ***** (Manager, I believe), she was extremely defensive and unwilling to admit that the previous tech (no longer with the company) should have provided this recommendation to us. This was a fire hazard to my family for the entire year! THIS THOUGHT IS TERRIFYING I am extremely disappointed at the fact that ****** (or *****) did not take any accountability about this error that could have been deadly and destructive.
