    Company has terrible service, $75/mo for 5mbps download speeds. They received a grant from Illinois to upgrade equipment in early 2022 and have not upgraded the equipment the grant application was submitted for. However, have the funding to expand their services to new areas. They were acquired by ********, approx 1 year ago and now direct any inquiries to ******** for equipment upgrades, however, ******** has no record of our account and provides no customer service either.
    I have had BSpeedy for approx 10 years and the service has continued to be the same and they have for several years promised equipment upgrades but seem to never follow through. Most of their clients in this area have no other option and they are aware of that fact, so have no incentive to improve services. Their pricing shows if you are on "the new equipment" you can get 40mbps for $75, however, if you are on the. "old equipment" they will not upgrade your same $75 can only get you a maximum speed of 5mpbs.
    I would recommend anyone to avoid this company, however, I also am aware if you are looking at BSpeedy for service you likely have no other option for so called "high speed internet", so you are forced to pay the insane prices for poor quality service.
    It is an utter shame they were given state tax dollars to do a job that nobody can answer for why the work has not been completed or when the work will be completed.

    We have informed this customer multiple times that the money has not been dispersed. We did sell to ******** last year and they have been upgrading the equipment. The tower he is on was finally released at the end of last week to begin upgrading customers and the process has begun this week. This is all being done even though no tax dollars have been released or spent at this time.
