      My sister wanted to go here for her birthday so we went on 9/2/22. We were seated at a booth by the kitchen doors where the take out orders are placed and the buffet used to be. We were greeted by **** who was probably one of the few highlights to our evening. Extremely kind, attentive & caring. We ordered drinks, appetizers and our main entrees. The food was okay but we could tell it's not as good as it used to be. When we finished our meals, I put in a to go order. The table was cleared. As we were waiting for the order to be completed, we noticed some commotion by the kitchen doors. We were alarmed to see 2 male employees, one in a lime green shirt and the other in a sky blue shirt FIST FIGHTING out in the open! Female staff were screaming, talking in Chinese and one actually got in between them to stop them but they kept on fighting. Customers in the lobby saw what was going on and as they were being seated, were in total dismay, talking about it. We didn't feel safe at this point but couldn't leave because we hadn't gotten the take out order or our bill. A few minutes later, the POLICE appeared to talk to the parties involved. The guy in the green shirt lied to the male police officer telling him they weren't fighting when the police reminded him that they got a call about a fight in the establishment. After the police left, I was shocked that both staff members were allowed to stay there like nothing happened. The take out ************ was ready. My sister asked **** for one of their signature shopping bags due to the 3 large bags of food we had. **** checked with the manager & was told due to low stock, my sister couldn't get a bag. We spent $119 there - we asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn't come talk to us until we told **** that we demanded to speak to her. Assistant ***************** refused to give a bag or apologize for the inconvenience as well as address the assault we witnessed. Bad business customers witnessing staff members fighting.
