    I went 2 times to have my eye looked at. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Waited 2 hours for a doctor to see me for less than 5 min. Then 2 months later my eye still hurts and is not fixed. Same as when I first went in. Seem like the doctor just prescribed medicine and didn't really help, just a formality to prescribe something. I called back to let them know my eye was the same and they wanted me to come back in. I did not want to because of the time involved, i agreed. 3 days later they have not called me back to make this appointment. The doctor that looked at my eye smelled like alcohol. At sign in they have you do the Google review without services rendered.

    My visits to Kovach Eye always lasted 1 1/2 to 2 hours, with 10 to 15 minutes of eye testing and never more than 2 minutes with the doctor. The rest of that time was spent waiting. In my last visit, there were 39 people in the waiting room (standing room only) to see 2 doctors. They have no respect for your time.

    This review is for the ********** location. I had an appointment at 9 am. When I had not seen the doctor by 10:20 am, I asked an employee if they had an idea when I would be seen. The staff admitted the doctor hadn't arrived and usually arrives whenever he feels like it. They told me that is how he operates.
