American Mattress willgladly exchange your mattress set for one of equal value or as a credit againsta mattress set of greater value only. Norefunds will be issued. This comfortguarantee is a one-time exchange; valid for 30, 90, or 120 days, does not applyto the exchanged bed and requires a 15-30 day minimum trial. A copy of the sales receipt must be providedfor any comfort guarantee exchange. There are no exchanges on Daybeds, Bunk Beds, Headboards, Futons orAccessories. Floor Models and Closeoutsdo not qualify for a comfort exchange. Re-delivery for a comfort exchange is additional.
Any approved refund ofcash or check deposit will be refundable via corporate check within 14 businessdays of refund request.

"Horrible service *** regional manager in charge of the Chicago stores will not return phone calls back - they sell product that's on back order just to make a sale even though they state don't worry it will be delivered by this day, that day comes no one shows up your call the store for them to say sorry its on back order - you complain to the regional manager, he tells you he will call you back by a certain day yet you get no call back at all - you cant leave a message as his voicemail is not set up, you text him and zero replies back ." ...
