    Holy s*** this coming any ripped me off they sold me six wheels for my gmc c4500 dually truck this idiot sent me wheels for a ***** ****** tottaly did not fit! Then was mad cause he had to return labels for shipping back once he recieved the wherls he said they were damaged and kept $600 dollars out of my $3000 i provided pics the same way they came they went out , people donot fuckkkkkking buy anything from this ***** this is not the first time he has robbed a customer! Dont be fooled!!! dealing with this company is taking a lost you will get ****** in the long run! This *************** is a piece of s*** !!!! Stay away !!!!

    What Mr Ortiz has failed to leave out of his review is that he completely ignored the packaging instructions provided to him in PDF format prior to sending them back. We took several steps to ensure he reviews the packaging instructions and he said yeah no problem there fine.

    However when product was returned back , Mr Ortiz carelessly threw the wheels back in the box, no covers , no lip protectors. None of the stuff that is used to protect the wheels was put back over them.

    It was very evident when we received them back because all the ones he opened we’re damaged. The ones he didn’t touch were perfectly fine.

    Of course after giving him super simple return instructions and even confirming with him prior to shipping them back that they were packaged safely ( which they were not ) and receiving them back damaged after he lied about the packaging , we will always charge 20 percent.

    When this was brought to his attention he took no responsibility. And was caught in several different lies . First he says he opened a front wheel and a rear wheel only Then after showing him pics of the damaged front wheel , he says “ I never opened a front wheel)

    This customer will say or do anything to lie to not be charged restocking . He currently has a chargeback which I will be disputing. I have repair quotes to fix the damaged product along with several pictures showing his complete negligence in sending back the merchandise. He has all the time in the world to write reviews but couldn’t be bothered to show any care whatsoever to get these expensive wheels back to us safely which would have took all of 2 minutes
