    I would bot recommend this Company to anyone. Their customer service is awful and literally told us they would do nothing to correct the issue we had. They are unprofessional and rude when you have service issues.

    We are very sorry we could not provide you with excellent service. Providing wireless Internet in rural ********* is no easy task. Due to terrain,  treed and other large obstacles that hinder the delivery of the signal to your home. The equipment providers like us use requires a direct line of sight. ( or physically being able to stand at the equipment on your end and visually see the tower) unfortunately over time this line of sight can have trees or other obstacles that grow or get built in the way. And stops or greatly decreases service.  This is why we do not require contracts because we can not guarantee over time this doesn't happen. We see you had service for 16 months, with 6 trouble tickets. And each time our employees tried to assist,  but ultimately we must tell a customer in your situation we have exhausted all available options to us.  Of course we wouldn't be in business 15+ years if we didn't Care about our customers.
