"I applied for a rental property and was approved but when i received my paperwork back there was a different property listed when i asked what happened to the original property i was told they were only taking section 8 for it i was told to drive by the property they put on the application to see if i like it so i did the property looked decent but i still needed to view the inside owner told me i needed to pay $1200 just to view the inside and if i dont like the property i could not have a refund"
