      This fresh thyme had stacked a wall of cases of water wrong and when I took one from the stack, the whole wall of cases fell on top of me knocking me to the ground and causing a back injury. This company refused to pay for any of my medical bills because in the court case it was noted that I had pre-existing conditions. There was injuries noted at the scene and pictures were taken but even though the fall made my already existing conditions 10 times worse, I was told by my lawyer that unless I had an MD say that my current status was caused by the Fresh Thyme fall that my case would not be considered. My MD who performed my initial assessment after the fall the next day, he noted that I had injuries but my lawyer said that just because I had deep bruises on my back that it didn't prove that I had internal injuries. I am unemployed now and can only perform desk jobs due to pain and back spasms. I am a veteran nurse of 22 years and now basically my career is over because desk jobs are few and far between in my line of work. I was out of work for a year after the fall and built up thousands of dollars in medical bills and they are refusing to pay for any of them. I am completely disgusted and will be homeless when I run out of my IRA ****** I have no respect for this company and am totally aghast that they wouldn't take responsibility for this injury due to their inept employees actions. This is definitely not a place to support by shopping there
