    After I got a cataract surgery on my right last week I saw the doctor next day just a minute or two she did not have time. Because my operated eye gettin more blurrier and getting worse so want to see her but the staff would not make an appointment with her. They said I have to see the optometrist there. And this is a protocol. I said no and again called them to see my doctor they refused to make appointment. I have the right to see my doctor.

    ************** is fantastic, which is why I overlooked the first time the billing department was unwilling to listen to my understanding of a billing mistake, threatened to send me to collections and I had to talk to the office manager to straighten out the bill (who agreed with my position at that time).But the second time, I'm done with them. I called the billing department because despite me checking to make sure all their doctors were in network, they set me up with an **. This person was not in network. When I called to negotiate the billing, the billing representative told me the ** was in network. Clearly my EOB said she is not as does my insurance carrier's website. The billing rep would not compromise even after asking her to go to the website. When I got a bit rude with her and finally said just to take my payment and I would report them online and to the regulators, she refused to take my payment and told me she would send me to collections.It's a shame ************** is working with such horrible office staff. I will be getting regulators involved to help ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
