"I would like to say first that this business has pictures claiming to be BBB accredited, I had my car tow there for over heating and fluid running out the recovery bottle and no where else, when this company found out I had a warranty something that was small ended up a big project, I was told, I need a water pump, timing belt, tensioner, idler pulley, timing belt, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hose, all these parts because the antifreeze was bubbling up and overflowing in the recovery bottle, so to get my car running, my warranty company covered the water pump and coolant, and I was told by the counter guy, that I was going to have to pay to replace the thermostat the next day after putting the water pump on, even though it was replace a year ago, only because it wasnt from the dealer, and it being a aftermarket thermostat, so went and bought a thermostat, hours later after providing that part, I called to pay for the repairs and was told O you need upper and lower radiator hose, even though they was not leaking before I had my car tow there, yet I still I needed my car so I went and bought the hoses, to be told the next day after paying for all this stuff that my car is still overheating and overflowing at the recovery bottle, and was told that it might have air in the system and it needs to be bleed, and that the cap is not sealing to the bottle and I need a recovery bottle, I refused and requested that Im pulling my car out of there, after all that money and time had my car tow to a dealer and was told it was a coolant tube at the back of the engine that had a small hair line crack it, and a recovery bottle because it was losing pressure, $2500 dollars to fix a problem that was brought into Elite Auto Repair and Sales for the same symptoms, but was never repaired, please be aware of this shop misquoting things thats not the problem, and after all this Mr." ...
