    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this tow company. They were scheduled to arrive at my location between 6:30 and 7:00 PM, but failed to do so. When I called at 7:45, the dispatcher assured me that someone would arrive shortly. However, after further delays, I was forced to cancel the tow through my insurance provider and wait an additional 116 minutes for a new tow, which did not arrive until 10:16 PM. The subpar service and lack of accountability exhibited by this company are unacceptable. As the owner of a trucking company, I understand the importance of timely and reliable service. This company's failure to meet these basic standards is inexcusable and warrants immediate attention.

    My car was broken down on the expressway during rush hour traffic, no power, I couldn't do anything. *** came to tow it to a dealership nearby, popped the hood open and tried to jump the car. It wouldn't jump. He checked a few other things and discovered that a grounding wire to the battery (that was installed by the dealership) was not tightened down. He tightened it, the engine started right up and we were able to drive home (which was only about 10 minutes away). *** called me again about 10 minutes later to make sure we made it home safe and to leave the engine running for about 15 minutes just to make sure it recharged. Above and beyond. *** was awesome, super kind and professional. Had my car running again after 5 minutes, and I was thinking I was going to have to spend a fortune getting it going again, thinking there was some **************** issue going on. I really appreciate the special attention he paid to the situation, and the extra mile of calling to make sure we were still doing alright. So appreciative, I am speaking with State Farm about getting the rating text to be resent so I can give 10/10 recommendation.
