    Been using CPC for wheels. Never had a problem until now. After having my wheels powder coated they left chips in 3 of them. Then I gave them tires to swap and proceeded to rip all 4 of them. On top of that one of them exploded in my face. Then after the next day one wheel is flat and wont take any air. I purchase a new one and when swapping i see another tire is completely torn. was not torn before. Just seems they can't handle higher end wheels and tires? Not sure. Then I call to reimbursed and am accused of yelling when I'm simply speaking in normal tone and told go find another powder coater... Best of luck to **** and CPC. 10 years of work gone over you not knowing how to install tires.

    Do okay powder coating work. Business wise they are unprofessional. They appeared to be open. And I seen my vehicle and walked to my truck looking for service. I used the restroom for 5 seconds. I seen a guy and he told me he would call someone to help me. The owner was very upset and unprofessional. Because I didn't realize no one was there and I used the restroom. I apologized because I was being innocent not knowing I did anything wrong. He was disrespectful and unnecessary attitude towards me. I felt threatened and can tell the people what works there doesn't like Black People. Felt like I was down south in the 60s. Bad Business.

    It is unfortunate that I had such a terrible experience with CPC I have used them in the past to powder coat a set of wheels and never had an issue. Fast forward to June 2023 and I had dropped off a wheel to have a crack repaired. They had the wheel for over a month and when it was "fixed" as they said the wheel began to leak from the welds. The following month July 7, 2023 a Thursday night I dropped off a set of wheels for my appointment July 8th to be polished and powder coated in which the owner came out and suggested the said service. Here I was entrusting my wheels to what I assume is a professional. I was told my wheels would take longer than the original same day drop off by the receptionist so I was given Monday as a pick up day.Monday came around and I had not heard anything I called to check in they told me they had issues with the machine so that Tuesday for sure. Tuesday rolled in and I was told again sorry we only got 2 wheels left.Wednesday rolled by and again pushed to Thursday.Now on Thursday they told me my wheels were ready and I could pick up. One wheel had very obvious clear coat bubbling in the center. The second wheel has a tool or something left inside the tire and the 3rd wheel had obvious paint over spray issues. I brought up the issues to their attention and was told "sorry there is nothing we can do." They suggested I could have the wheels re-coated at my expense which made no sense since it was their mistake. The owner could of came out to resolve the issue but instead had his two receptionists speak with me. I was beyond frustrated and decided to leave the premises. CPC has lost me as a customer and I will no longer recommend them to friends or family as I once did. I will update if the issues are resolved.
