    Took my fiance's 18k wedding set to get soldered. Dropped it off on a Thursday and was told it'd be done Tuesday. No call on Tuesday, she tried calling twice on Wednesday and no answer. She finally reached them on Thursday and was told it'd be done Friday. No call all day Friday, so I told her just to drop by and see if it was done. She gets there and he hands her the ring back still unsoldered even though that was the main reason it was there! She told him that and he took it walked to the back and threw 2 c*** lazer solders on it and didn't even bother lining the bands up and he flipped the bands backwards. Didn't even bother cleaning up the solder to make it look even half decent! Thanks to his c*** soldering her ring didn't even fit anymore! I took it to 3 big name jewelry stores and they absolutely laughed and couldn't believe this was a jeweler that did that! Thankfully the people at ***** was great at listening and walking through all the problems found and are gonna try to fix all the stuff he messed up and get it back to perfect! Extremely disappointed in Curtis Jewelry and will never recommend him to anyone ever again and definitely won't be taking no jewelry back there! I have 12 photos showing how terrible his work is! Crazy this is the kinda work he wants people showing around about his business
