    Please do not stay at this Hotel/gym, this Hotel is a scam. We actually stayed for the gym but they charge you an arm and a leg for it with so called resort fees. This is NOT a resort! In a resort you do not get kicked off your swim lane that you were waiting for 15 min, just because you have a swim ******* This is gym and thats it, no relaxing here - they provide earplugs in your room for a reason and then charge you like you stayed at the ********. If I could rank this hotel with no stars, I would - DO NOT STAY THERE! Warning!!!

    Hi ******, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I'm sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations during recent stay. I do see that confirmation email we sent to your email did have resort fee included in it as well as description of what it includes- club access, amenities in the room, parking. We do honor swim lane reservations and allow guests to use time reserved - forgive me, but I do not see lap **** reservation under your name which does explain the reason why we didn't have a time slot available once classes started- I apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you. We had you stay on higher floor away from fitness floor in order to ensure that you enjoyed your anniversary with us- we also placed an amenity in your room to help you celebrate before you arrived. We do apologize if resort fee line in your confirmation email and total was somehow overlooked but we are fully disclosing resort fee to all guests prior to arrival and promote full transparency with guests.
