    This company not only treats there clients like trash they also do too there employees I dont understand how they are still in busines

    Our *** X3 (less than a year old) was stolen from Valet Parking Authority in ******* the first weekend of December, 2022. We arrived in ******* on a Thursday afternoon and had our car parked with this valet service that the ******************* uses. As we watched our car being driven to the garage (which was a block away from the hotel), little did we realize that it would be the last time we would see it. Three days later, we learned that the car was already missing Thursday evening when an inventory was supposedly done of all the cars that were valet parked. We were never notified of this until Sunday morning when we went to get our car to drive home and it could not be found in the garage. A lot of confusion ensued among the workers and the manager. NO ONE wanted to claim responsibility for the theft and the concern shown by the valet company and the hotel management was minimal and most insincere. We contacted the police, filed a stolen car report, walked the garage and obtained a rental car to drive back home all while the workers claimed "this has NEVER happened before." It was a devastating experience and this company should not be operating and in a contract with ************** (I would have chosen a zero star rating but it was not an option.)

    Horrible valet company. This company has damaged my vehicle and has video footage of the damage being done and owner ************************* refuses to pay for my damages. They try intimidation tactics to try and make you file a claim with your insurance. Why would anyone increase their premium by filing with their insurance when this company is at fault. This company should not even be able to hold a valid business license. There is no integrity, and they have damaged numerous customers property and have not paid.
