      Horrible customer service.I need to return a phone that is brand new & has not been opened/cancel insurance coverage. I spoke to 4 different reps, was put on hold each time & each call was dropped while I waited to speak to a specialist in the Order Admin department.I just need to return this phone, but I can't seem to get ahold of the representative that I need to speak to.Anyone have any suggestions on how to contact the correct **** to assist me?Thanks

      Misled the customer about delivery. When I ordered my smartphone they failed to notify of a delay. A shipping label was created, but the product was NEVER delivered to **** called customer service and got the run around!! Don't BUY from Motorola!!

      I purchased a router just a year ago and modem for over 200 dollars. It will not connect to internet. I have called, emailed, live chat. NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! Like where and how do you talk to someone with this company? I would definitely appreciate some help or at the very least a reply back. ???????

      I would give them zero. I recently bought the Q11 mesh system to cover dead spots in my home. To work with my MG8725 modem/router, support needs to tell you how. Spent more than 7 hours on phone and in chat and did not reach a person. To return the Q11 I bought directly from Motorola site, must send an email (into the abyss) and hope someone will reply with a return shipping label before the 30 day return policy is up. So they basically gain sales through theft if the rerun is impossible. Order ***** so you cant say you need more information. There are also at least 6 zen desk tickets open for and by me.The WORST experience I have ever had with any tech solution provider. Do NOT do business with them. Save time, money, and headache.
