This organization is trying to do their best. Some not all their staff need more client service training. Some clients are bundle up together as all having the same needs. We are individuals with our own individual needs. My opinion is when I reach out to one of my team staff members I should get a timely response. Some are but the ones in particular to my immediate needs are not serious enough. This is very frustrating when you sit and look at these 4 walls and they are playing around with your life. Some things need to be changed.
