      Title: Left Stranded Abroad - A Frustrating and Unfair Experience I had a terrible experience with CheapTickets (a brand under Expedia). I purchased a ticket that turned out to be invalid, leaving me stranded in a foreign country with no way home. Despite spending countless hours on the phone trying to reach customer service and higher management, I was consistently stonewalled. They refused to provide a direct contact, email, or any way to escalate the issue. After following their user agreement, which required arbitration, I filed a formal case and located their registered agent and legal department. However, the company never responded to the arbitration or paid the required fees - essentially stalling the process they themselves demanded. I believe they use the CheapTickets brand as a shield to deflect responsibility from *******. Their structure makes it nearly impossible for the average consumer to get support or accountability. I feel misled, mistreated, and defrauded. Not only did they fail to resolve my issue, they gave me false hope while running out the clock. I live in ********** and believe my rights under California consumer law were violated. This company's policies are not only unfair they seem intentionally designed to prevent consumers from getting help or justice. I'm pursuing further action and want to warn others before they make the same mistake.
