    Terrible experience. Purchased my Bartesian Cocktail Maker in late November as a Christmas gift. The first time we used our Bartesian was Christmas Day. The initial experience was great, lots of fun, was a big hit for a holiday party and the drinks came out tasting amazing. 1 month later and about 5-6 uses, our device started to significantly leak from the whiskey and rum containers. The first instance of leaking we lost about 20% of our bottle of whiskey which leaked everywhere and created a huge mess. We immediately contacted customer service and after a couple weeks of providing photo evidence and proving we were cleaning the device correctly, we were shipped a new Bartesian device. The new device worked well the first 3 times we used it with no complaints, but again it started leaking from the whiskey and rum containers as well as the tequila container. We again contacted customer services immediately but this time requested a refund. ******** services finally responded after a few reminders and again put us through weeks of requesting photo evidence and asking us to try different cleaning tricks to fix the issue. We performed every action customer service requested, the device still leaked with no improvement and we again requested a refund. We were then informed that it was been over 90 days since our purchase we were no longer eligible for a refund. We have tried repeatedly to resolve by escalating to Bartesian customer service since the delays were caused by Bartesian customer service. Every response we have received has been Bartesian refusing to take any responsibility for their defective devices. Save yourself some money and a headache. These devices have potential to be great additions to a home bar and the drinks taste good, the devices are defective, will cost you money and mess in leaked spirits and customer service is horrible. Do not buy one, I wish I had a seen the reviews prior to wasting money and time with this company.

    Purchased a machine through ****** for home use. Didn't get used too much after the newness wore off. Developed a LIQUOR LEAK on the inside which resulted in a pool of rum underneath. Luckily it was kept on top of storage tray with a glass top, or the surface below (cabinet) could have been damaged. Beginning process for warranty replacement as it has been under 1 year since purchase. I HIGHLY recommend to NOT leave bottle full of liquor on machine. From the level of corrosion on outside bottom panel, I can imagine the inside is heavily corroded due to leaking alcohol. Not sure if having the bottles inverted on the machine is a great design.

    I purchased a Bartesian machine in March of 2023. I opened it fresh out of the box almost a year later March of 2024 and the display isnt working. Im not a huge drinker, but I thought it would be a nice accessory to keep in my bar area for guests. However, I wish I would not have purchased this machine because I didnt expect it to fail me without ever using it. I contacted Bartesian about four times, sent two emails and it has been almost 3 weeks and no one has contacted me back. On top of that, you cant get anyone on the phone. I want my money back or a brand new machine! Buyers Beware!! Dont waste your money on this brand! Bad brand and bad customer service too!

    I received a bartesian cocktail premium machine for Christmas back in 2022. My first use was easy and smooth! I've on used it for a few times because the pods were a bit pricey. Today, 2/2/24 was the first time in almost a year that I've decided to use it again and upon my surprise the machine is no longer reading the barcode. I've followed the step by step instructions in the user manual and still nothing. I've left it unplug then plugged it back in and still nothing. This is the first time I've ever had this issue since having the machine. Since my warranty is up, is there anything that can be done about replacement?? I've literally only used this a few times and now I'm having this issue and no amount of trouble shooting helps!

    I was gifted my machine for my birthday, I loved mine while it worked. However I would not waste your money. They are cheaply made.They only have a one-year warranty which is almost never heard of, most electronic items have a two-year warranty.Mine went out right after the one-year ***** And they basically said sorry buy another one.
